Arthur's right. The ovc-developer list is the place for *software
development* discussions including requirements, design, implementation
and testing. It is *not* the place to discuss "we should do this sort
of thing..." discussions - leave those on this list. Once OVC-discuss
has something to do, ovc-develop can (and should) distill them into real
SW requirements etc. We had to create ovc-develop because this list is
far to much to read (let alone reply to) when we're doing active
software development. I usually do not read or respond to this list.
Most of the other developers don't either.
