Okay, so Alan, my question is where do we want to do the Tech
Requirements discussion. I was thinking the OVC Technical Discussion
list, although the OpenVoting.org forum is a possibility too. I just
don't think it should be here (even though it would be largely based on
much of the discussion here). A working atmosphere is needed which
would be difficult here IMO.
