Alan I love your attitude! Awesome! That is exactly right IMO. They
are diving in with lots 'o enthusiasm and should be encouraged (and yet
they do have a long way to go). As a matter of fact OVC could do the
whole Open Source E-Voting movement a big favor by leading the way on
providing Open E-Voting Standards! OVC seems to have the connections
in the academic, private and public sectors to assemble Open E-Voting
Standards and really make them stick. That way these other groups
could focus on coding instead of worrying about the politics.
