1. The proof of the pudding is in the eating.

2. Interest does not equal sustained effort.

Those being said, it makes sense to marshall the potential volunteer
effort to see what can be developed.

I, for one, would welcome your efforts in doing that. However, there
is a lot of work that needs to happen to get there, including writing
full formal specs, etc.
