Heya Ed,

I chose the word "minimal" carefully and I'm quite pleased with it
thank you. It nicely describes the minimal set of "must haves" I
believe we need to immediately push for. We need to be practical and
effectual in our efforts and right at this moment there are important
legislative battles taking place to set the standards for E-Voting. I
am proposing that these be our bottom lines. As for other worthy
issues as "Voter Integrity" I'll leave that to others such as yourself
to tackle. I'm focused like a laser beam on what OVC can do today to
make a difference today and reintroduce a real representative
Republican Democracy to the U.S.A.
