Hmmm... while I -can- edit archived messages, describing it as a
complete PITA is understating the trouble. The fact I don't actually
-believe- that that's his only source of his spam probably doesn't add
to my enthusiasm. Why was his email address in the body, anyway?...
well, never mind, it's not so mysterious that that can happen from
time-to-time.

However, if Jim can provide me with a *complete* list of the exact URLs
where his email address is mentioned (I suppose playing with google), I
suppose I'm willing to write a script to munge them. Largely, I don't
want to set the bar-for-entry to such manual editing of the archive
very low. It's something I want to avoid doing WHENEVER possible.

There was one past case where I manually redacted a couple messages
because of what seemed to be legally compelling reasons, and after
discussion among the board. This case seems much more whimsical IMO.
I don't want to move down a slippery slope to correcting people's typos
or mis-phrasings every time they press "send" too soon.
