This seems to amount to same as some "none of the above" (NOTA) Some
people have sought to attach some action to a "none of the above"
choice on the ballot. If "none of the above" wins, new candidates are
required (or maybe there's a re-vote where some of the same candidates
can participate (?).


Needless to say, politicians don't seem to like the idea.
