Nothing the OVC does is proprietary. There is a proposal for an
OVC variant of the GPL, but if you didn't put the GPL or something
like that on your document, you probably still own it, except to
the extent you gave it away by posting it. Posting to OVC does not
transfer ownership, so far as I understand the legalities of such
things.
