In fact, the Wright Brothers were darned good engineers. They built their
prototype with a shoestring budget. Very few people were paying attention
at the time. Some pointed out that a machine that can fly 100 feet is not
really useful for anything. Practically no one understood the implications.
They were just demonstrating some concepts that happened to change the
world.

Very few imagine the dimensions of the OVC project.
