Thank you Amit. I apologize for not getting anything there in the
description of the initial system. I have been swamped lately and I am now
preparing for our meeting tomorrow with the CA SoS. So, I probably won't
have anything to contribute until later tomorrow.

In the mean time, perhaps David Mertz could write something up for the
description. I was going to suggest that we describe two sets of
procedures: one for the voters and one for the pollworkers. In other
words, describe what the voter does. Then describe how the pollworkers open
and close the polling place and what they do with the voters.
