There was a case that happened in Chicago recently where, in one
congressional district, a man legally changed his name to be
identical to the name of the incumbant, then filed papers to run
for office opposing him, so you had Jackson versus Jackson running
for office, distinguished only by the party name.

There was significant public outrage, and the guy ended up
withdrawing from the race, red faced.
