Please, please, please, William, READ our specs before commenting on
them! Like all your previous posts, you completely miss the mark of
what OVC's design is.

It's painful to go through each individual error in your
characterizations. There are dozens of mischaracterizations in each of
your notes so far. So far, I don't think I've seen any -accurate-
characterization of OVC in your "concerns!"

This has nothing whatsoever to do with OVC's design! There is
absolutely NOTHING hidden anywhere in OVC's work (specs, code,
principles, etc).

You are right about the one point that your FL Sec. of State is
dangerously misguided, and using crude sophistry to defend her policy.
