OK, indeed, you might record the order of the selections made for each
ballot, so long as you only recorded order and not timestamps. Even a
record of time relative to the start of this voter's voting would be
dangerous, since once you have the total time from first voter action to
last, you can start solving the puzzle of which voter this one was by
seeing where in the record of "time at which vote was cast" data this
voter's session could possibly fit.

But even this is dangerous, because I could use some eccentric order of
select and deselect actions as a 'signature' that would be read by the
insider who's buying my vote to verify that I'm entitled to my payoff.
Better not to record this information.
